I had them replaced in Dallas and one of them failed after I returned to Alexandria. The staff at National Transmission went the extra mile to help coordinate the replacement and contacted the dealer in Dallas and the supplier to get a new converter delivered to them and then arranged their schedule to get it put on my truck in a timely manner.
